The ODC Transformative Center of Excellence (TCoE) consists of a team of skilled knowledge workers operating from a Program Management Office (PMO) that is separate from the functional areas it supports within an organization. The mission of these Managers is to enhance competency or capability to transform the way we do business as a Government or Private Sector entity. The Transformative Center of Excellence (TCoE) is the team leading the adaptation of new standards, technologies, techniques, and practices. The group collaborates with organizational teams across areas within the organization. It encourages thought leadership and direction, promoting best practices, industry standards, increasing efficiencies, and optimizing organizational performance.
